Shopping with

You can order products displayed on this website by completing all product ordering steps on-line. If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.


Prices include VAT. VAT will be charged at current rate for orders placed within the countries of the EU (European Union), and also paid for from within the EU.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

You will be notified of the shipping cost (calculated at cost by total weight) and tax adjustments (if applicable) on the payment page prior to making payment, at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you wish to do so.


To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

If your delivery address is outside the UK and your order online you must pay by credit card. We currently debit money from your account within one working day after we have received your order.


We hope you are delighted with the products you buy from us. If you decide you no longer want the item and wish to return it, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the item. From the time you inform us of your decision to make a return, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Its condition must be unused and in its original packaging. We will refund you for the item and the outgoing postage if there was any. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage. We reserve the right to make a reduction to the amount we reimburse you if the value of the item has been diminished in any way, for example, by unpacking, usage or damage in handling.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, incorrect or for any other reason which is our fault, we will either replace the goods or return your money. Where the reason for return is our fault we may cover the return postage, but only to the value that we would pay for carriage of the item.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will inform you of our returns procedure. When sending a return item, download and fill in our returns form and enclose it with the item.

Our Responsibility

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

What Information do we Collect?

When you place an order or create an account with us we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number, the information which you entered into the forms. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to monitor the site's performance improve the service we provide.

What we do Not Collect

We do not collect any payment information relating to your credit or debit cards. This is handled by the secure, trusted payment systems of SagePay and PayPal. All financial card payment information is entered on their website payment system and not ours.
